A logged off user still shows in the users online panel #543

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Logging in successfully with account A
2. Logging off from account A 
3. Logging in to account B
4. The online users panel shows both users A and B

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should NOT see user A, but I see it still.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest online version using Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
This is done using the same compter
