Overlay cannot be closed/removed #563

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. As the "Product owner" Open a project
2. Open the settings of the project
3. Open the "roles" setting
4. Edit the role "product owner"
5. change the name of the role
6. save

Seen:
An "Access Denied" pop up, that cannot be closed

Tested on:
Google Chrome, and Firefox 4b

Seems the overlay is stuck.

A global listener should listen for ESC key, and always closes the overlay in 
case this happens. Also, clicking anywhere on the shaded area should close the 
overlay as well.
