User Notification Profile changes do not get saved/displayed correctly. #571

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login
2. Go To a Project Page
3. Go To Settings
4. Click on "manage my notifications"
5. Uncheck a checkbox and then hit save.
6. Open "manage my notifications" again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is to see that the checkbox I have unchecked is still unchecked.

Instead, I see all changes reverted back and my checkbox is still checked as it 
was by default.
