Height of magic boxes #578

If a magic box is too long for the workspace, then it should act the way 
desktop applications do. it can be dragged around normaly but is bound by the 
top, left and right edges. while anything overflow the bottom edge should be 
clipped (Adjust CSS settings)

instead of clipping the workspace will expand, as sometimes thing in the end of 
the box will never be accessible
