When a user searches for a project , then clicks the project. For usability, I
think it would be best that if he's not a member of that <public> project:
The settings panel of that project should open by default and have the Roles
item expanded by default so he can request a role easily.
[I personally found it a little hard to find/Browse public projects and almost
forgot how to request to join one as it's all hidden under project settings.
Also I recognized that many ppl registered to our system, But they cannot find
each other, all projects with only 1 member which proves my point ;) , we need
it to be a little social]
