Also includes a dummy AIDL interface to bind to the activity listener.

The work here inspired the successful new communication layer now on the wearos branch. 🎉🎉

Since the base code for this PR no longer exists, I'm going to close it to avoid confusion. You can continue the great work by branching off of wearos!
