Perhaps it's worth labelling these as separate 'changes-requested' label? This will allow us to better track time spent bug fixing, which I'd like to do alongside tracking things like design-changes, copy changes etc etc so in the long run we can get a really accurate tracking overview of our velocity and development time spent across the different parts of the product building process.
Let's discuss at some time when more free and work out a good way to do this :)
