Changes to automatic emails sent to users

Please make the following additions and changes to the automatic emails sent to users based on events:

Emails sent to users

Email sent to a user when they sign up:

• [x] Update subject line
• [x] Update email copy Email_ user signed up.pdf

Email sent to a user when someone gives them a point:

• [x] Ensure users are still receiving this email even though they're technically Level 2

Email sent to a user when someone replies to their review/comment:

• [x] Ensure users are still receiving this email even though they're technically Level 2

Emails sent to Admin

• [x] Ensure Admin receives an email for every user who signs up
• [x] Ensure Admin still receives emails for every review published
• [x] Ensure Admin still receives emails for every new trade or new entity submitted by users
• [x] Ensure Admin still receives emails for reported content
