Render Distance Bug #32

There's currently an annoying but not game-breaking bug where your render distance will randomly increase by 2. This gets especially annoying when exploring since the lag from generating new chunks and reloading loaded chunks sometimes breaks the new ones.

Seconded. I noticed that the game kept flashing like it was reloading and then checked the render distance was 18 instead of the 10 I set it to.
