Collapse All Custom Regions only #85

It would be nice to have a command to be able to collapse all custom regions in a file and persist that choice.

There is currently a command to collapse all regions but this is 'too much' for me, I just want the custom regions.

you can test out the feature by installing the master branch of this repo using the git url option.
