Clarify README.md, what does this plugin do? #12

README.md doesn't say what this plugin does (or doesn't), does it provide highlighting for LaTeX? Build commands? Other clever features? It would be nice to be able to learn that from the README. :smile:

Good point. Should now be fixed. Feel free to add feature requests or implement one :)
