Lingering MQTT in E.131 Version #1

Hi - I will send a pull request later (once i figure out what i did wrong)... In file E131_ONLY_Zemismart_CONFIGURE.ino i see lingering MQTT include and unused object initialization.

Also, thank you for example code on how to use the Async E.131 library... The included example code wasn't all that helpful!

Update: Maybe the issue is WIndows vs Mac formatting... Any diff i create shows every line getting changed :(

Does it have same on E131_MQTT_Zemismart_CONFIGURE.ino file? Yesterday when l try to go to MQTT from HA to E131 via Xlights, it does not work. But HA controls still work. I turned OFF, select E131 still not work..
