OSX Install Issues #12

Using OSx version 10.12.2 Python version 2.7 (pip 9.0)

I have followed the commands in docs but when I attempt the "python cldstkdeploy.py" command and go through the questions it always winds up with the same error message:

cannot import name PlayBook You need to run [python cldstkdeploy.py --setup all]

Sorry to say this but I've stopped maintaining this installer.
