Add convention on "type" concept_ids #13

Most of the OMOP standardized clinical data tables have a mandatory type concept_id field (e.g. procedure_type_concept_id), which describes where the data is derived from. As there is currently no standard type concept for data collected as part of a study/clinical trial, we need a convention on what concept to use for these fields.

This has been simplified since the new type concept consolidation.

Convention to add for study data, use type 'Registry' - 32879
