Add custom concepts as descendant of a broader parent standard concept, so it is selectable in Atlas when using this parent concept in analyses.
Two examples below. Note that we really should have this checked by domain experts (clinicians).
Radiotherapy 2000000020 | Radiotherapy, Other 2000000019 | Adjuvant radiotherapy are probably children of: 4029715 | Radiation oncology AND/OR radiotherapy
