[multicore] read parameters from css #13

Some parameters should rather be defined in css:

colors of the LoadColor
GCoreView.dist and GCoreView.width

In the meantime I learned that we cannot extend CSS, as browsers ignore all kinds of attributes they don't know in advance. So the only way to achieve this is to map these values to existing attributes of known elements. This won't lead to a clearer understanding of these, so I close this as won't fix.
