This PR adds the spatyper task for Staphylococcus aureus typing to both Theiaprok_Illumina_PE and Theiaprok_Illumina_SE workflows.

@cimendes I would recommend deleting your dev branch if you're finished with it (and pending that no other users are using that branch on Terra, I'm guessing no one is)
