In the TheiaProk_ONT workflow, the hicap task is launched for Haemophilus influenzae samples but the outputs are not currently included in the workflow outputs.
The outputs should be added to TheiaProk_FASTA and TheiaProk_ONT.

What was the exact command was used to launch the workflow?
