[TheiaMeta] Populate midas outputs to data table #308

Midas can be run on TheiaMeta via the read_QC_trim workflow. The outputs though are not populated in the data table. It would be a simple modification to the workflow to expose this.

Expected outputs:

midas_primary_genus
midas_report
midas_secondary_genus
midas_secondary_genus_abundance
