The SARS-CoV-2 track for TheiaCoV_Illumina_PE_PHB provides an output file with percent coverage for each gene in the SARS-CoV-2 reference genome. The same functionality is being requested for the Mpox track of TheiaCoV_Illumina_PE_PHB.
