What about create option fields ? #66

First, thanks for your library =)

Do you know if it is possible to set the same options as the "create" function (ga.js) can take? There for the list: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/field-reference#create

I am interested in the siteSpeedSampleRate option.
