New VPN with special characters didn't work #53

If i copy an existing vpn and set new name including special character (äöü...) then nothing happen, no file created. If i add a new vpn i'am not able to set special characters in the name, the keys will be ignored, same thing if i edit an existing vpn.

Was disabled once due to problems with path names. Will enable now again at least for äüö.
