Cannot run the app #42

I've tried to run the app according to the docs. Unfortunately, it seems that a lot of dependencies are outdated, not available, or not compatible with the supported versions of ubuntu.

Could you help with that? Maybe there is a demo of the app deployed somewhere just to take a look at least before patching dependencies?

Hi, I was briefly involved with the maintenance of this app many years ago, so I can tell you that it was once functional in production. I believe that it has been shut down for some time, and that there is no longer a prod or demo version of this running, and I personally don't know anyone at IRC anymore.

Hopefully someone watching this repo will be able to provide more definitive information.

CTS is old (2014) and deprecated at this point, so I wouldn't, unfortunately, rely on it. The functionality was fairly limited and I think could be fairly easily recreated depending on your use cases.
