This is a pretty big refactor, feel free to cherry-pick individual commits.

I've reworked this script to add features:

Allow multiple uploads from the command-line.
Make it installable (with pip install ptpimg_uploader, feel free to publish this to PyPI)
Allow the API key to be specified on the command-line too
Re-usable from other Python code (import the module and drive the uploader from other code)

Great, thanks a lot, @mjpieters ! All changes looks good to me, merged and slightly updated. I'll upload it to the PyPi a little later.
