It will be useful to merge 9e93e7c923 commit and tag it. Can we have it merged please?

Had to keep a local copy instead of using a bower dependency. This is quite a useful library and it would help to have amd support for collection binder. Can we have it merged please?

OK, I'll do it later today when I have a few minutes. Maybe someone can push the release to CloudFlare afterwards...

@cliren, I just pushed v1.0.6 that should have this feature. Sorry for the wait. Also, the CDN cdnjs should have the update soon.
