Port to GTK4 #125

Relatively straight-forward port to GTK4 with minor code changes.

I deleted some seemingly unused code and removed loading of CSS as it wasn’t used. The file picker was changed to GtkFileChooser. Regarding the Dockerfile I need feedback if it works as expected.
