Create TheirStory Remixer Connector #50

We need a connector to convert the data between the TheirStory and the Remixer. It's important that this should be loosely coupled and so should be in it's own repo.

Let's hold off on this until we know what license we'll use. For now let's just create a function that does the conversion.
