Fix Achers Paradox crash #1

This commit prevents the crash when parrying the phantasmal arrow from the Achers Paradox mod by immediately moving the parried arrow out of the player hitbox after a successfull parry.

Very nice, ill do some testing, and if i find no issues ill pull this.

Seems to work very well, thank you very much! this will be in 1.9.1
