@davidsebfischer @LuckyMD This is quite an old issue. I'd like to close it since I've created an ipynb file for nb model fitting using simulated data which is currently in our private batchglm_tutorials repository which we will eventually publish to make it available to all users together with all the other ipynbs that I've created over there.
