Coloring DPT plot #11

Hi,

I think there is a bug in the coloring of the DPT (or Diffusion map) plot. I use two categorical vector for coloring which one is a generalization of the other (some sub groups, joint together) and I get some non-sense results. That is, the classes of colorings are completely different (the same coloring of sets of points are kept but the labels of the classes is not true). Can you explain how it works, so that I can find out problem?
