Reported upstream at tableone here.

To be cleared whether this is good behaviour by tableone we want to follow in the future or a bug.

For now suggesting to restrict tableone to <0.9.0.

See mentioned issue at tableone above: was a bug in 0.9.0, now fixed in 0.9.1. Loose restriction hence
