[ ] scrape results per dataset (name and R2s) from motifcentral's website, using Bs4 notebooks.
[ ] Compare 1:1 with R2s obtained with our pipeline, for matched cases.

@ilibarra Regarding the first point, motifcentral seems to be having some issues loading the results since early morning today (stuck at 'retrieving data from the repository...'). I tested from different networks/computers at different times so shouldn't be related to getting blocked.

Maybe we caused them to fill their request limit from their storage provider or something similar? I will keep checking today and later but the task is blocked for this reason right now.

@ege-erdogan thank you for the notification. I also get that error. Please notify internally about the number of instances retrieved and the location for those. Decisions could then be made based on those alone.
