verbose option for `sample_hmc` #52

It would be nice to have a verbose option for sample_hmc to turn off the printing of the progress, which would be useful for using scCODA in reports.

I added a verbose option for the sampling methods on our development branch (update_0.1.8), which will be available in the package with the next update
