Fix rtd_github_links for wrappers #117

Like legacy_api_wrap.

E.g. scanpy.pp.filter_cells currently links to https://github.com/scverse/scanpy/tree/master/python3.11/site-packages/legacy_api_wrap/__init__.py#L49-L193 which makes no sense.

But I can’t seem to replicate it …
