(bug): Broken link/weird cache behavior

It seemed more appropriate to post here than the scanpy repo. https://scanpy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/generated/scanpy.pl.rank_genes_groups_heatmap.html#scanpy-pl-rank-genes-groups-heatmap is broken for me.

I tried cache busting as well. This was also interesting - when I hit "disable cache" in the network tools, the page hangs on a white screen and then when I reload it was reloading from the cache. I'm not sure if they're related, but figured I'd report.

How did you get there? TOC? Search? Bookmark?

I don’t think this has anything to do with scanpydoc, but I can’t transfer this since it’s not the same org.

OK, so to disentangle this

1. scanpydoc only does styling and rewires keyboard shortcuts and clicks a bit. It does nothing with the actual search implementation (neither display HTML nor API backend), so this issue is out of scope for scanpydoc
2. My changes to the search only apply to /latest docs. The screenshot looks like it depicts the old /stable docs which shouldn’t have an active search extension anymore, so I don’t even know what this screenshot is :laughing:

I guess just try until that works or report a bug for your browser?
