sphinx-issues? #27

Should we just be using sphinx issues for linking to PRs? Could also be nice for linking to users on PRs

Yes, probably. Do you mean integrating it with the github_* conf values in html_context?

Because the code doing the PR links currently lives in scanpy.

Ah, yeah. I guess this would be scanpy specific. Mostly removing the custom extension and using sphinx-issues instead. No need to integrate here.
