scArches for PeakVI #209

Hi all,

is anyone thinking of an implementation for scArches of PeakVI? It might be useful for annotating scATAC-seq datasets: given also the rising amount of Multiome datasets around, annotating old/new scATAC-seq datasets would be a way better option than relying on gene activities or annotated enhancers.

Hi @simozhou, we have a model for that called scpoli which supports annotations of ATAC seq data too! @cdedonno
