PBMC data no longer available #231

I tried to run the tutorial and found out the google drive link to pbmc.h5ad is no longer working.

Hi @huananfshi, Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I was able to reproduce the error. It seems that it is a permissions error. As I do not have access to change the permissions of this file, maybe @Koncopd could be of more help. The error message states that it may work to change the permission to 'Anyone with the link'.

In the meantime you will be able to download the data from the browser here https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1Rnm-XKEqPLdOq3lpa3ka2aV4bOXVCLP0

@chelseabright96 it is not stored on my gdrive, so i also can't do anything. Could you replace the link in the tutorial please?

@huananfshi It seems that the link is working for the pbmc_tutorial.h5ad but not the pbmc.h5ad. Unfortunately, I do not have access to this file. @Cottoneyejoe95, I see on the notebook you originally uploaded this file to google drive. Do you still have access to it?

Hi @huananfshi, sorry for the delay! The link has been changed and is working. Just waiting for the PR to be approved. You can change the link locally as well so long: url = 'https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1LaYOadbotGC6gXAlo-aKfHz-spoFnawk'
