Questions about redesign for latent space #48

For scGEN, could I set specific latent space? For example, I intend to only use the latent space movement part and decoder part, is it ok? Thanks.

Hi, not sure what you exactly meant by setting latent space? you could obviously only change specific part of the latent space if you know what it encodes which imo not super clear
