Is there any tutorial for scIB #236

Sorry to disturb again, but I cannot understand how to use harmony or LIGER based on python by scIB. I have tested scIB.integration.method, but it seems that there is no method named harmony or LIGER. Thanks.

Hi! Please check out scib-pipeline for the pipeline and the R integration methods. There is a sample test data to run the pipeline there as well.

we have recently moved around the components that were initially in this repo into 3 separate repos that contain the python module with metrics & python integration methods (this repo), the snakemake pipeline and R methods (scib-pipeline), and the code needed to reproduce the figures and the website (scib-reproducibility).
