support scanpy 1.10 #403

closes #401

removes instances of scanpy._utils.deprecated_arg_names, which has been removed as of scanpy 1.10

For whoever reviews this: please let me know if this is preferable to using the new helper function. If not, I can replace deprecated_arg_names with the new function.

Thanks for the pointer. I implemented something similar that should also be compatible with older versions of scanpy, so I closed this PR.
