can scvelo compare normal and diseased ( different stages)? why unspliced are more than spliced? #1254

Hello, first thank you for your tool. I am wondering if scvelo can be used to compare between normal and different stages of disease and find most spliced genes in each cell type in each condition or top spliced genes in each condition? thank you.
