dataset: fused cells from 2 organisms #706

@davidsebfischer I'm currently writing a dataloader for this paper: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-021-03343-3 They have fused iPSC cells from human and chimpanzee and differentiated the fused cells to hybrid cortical organoids. Any suggestion what to enter as "organism" in dataloader?

similarly, the new cell-line arising from the fused cell lines is also not part of the cellosaurus catalog yet. can we add custon / freetext cell lines to a dataloader?

I found the entry hybrid in NCBITaxon. this should do the job.
