Where is the file TCR_filtered.h5ad come from?

In the Chapter AIR REPERTOIRE, output is path_tcr_out = f"{path_data}/TCR_01_preprocessed.h5ad" in 30. Immune Receptor Profiling. However in 31. Clonotype analysis path_gex = f"{path_data}/TCR_filtered.h5ad" is loaded. Are some filtering steps missing?

not sure what happened here, but in any case, we're looking to make all datasets available to make it easier to reproduce everything.

Yes, file TCR_filtered.h5ad is not avaiable, I used TCR_01_preprocessed.h5ad instead. But these data are different based on outputs.
