how the 20210919_DIANN_SingleCellOutput.pg_matrix_notnormalized.tsv file was generated? #7

Hi,

When looking at the data, I first thought the file were obtained from the main DIA-NN output "20210919_DIANN_SingleCellOutput.tsv" (PG.Quant column). However, the protein intensities don't seem to match. I wonder how the file was generated for downstream analysis? the same for the tsv file with normalized data.
