In the example notebook https://nbviewer.jupyter.org/github/theislab/trVAE/blob/master/examples/trVAE_Haber.ipynb scArches is mentioned a couple of times. Does this mean that current scArches and trVAE implementations (when only one set of studies is used) are mainly the same and expected to give very similar results?
