Summed cell area and annotation_similarity #86

Included get_summed_cells_area without for-loop

I changed something in summed_cell_area so it should all work now and i added _get_ARI_spot_clusters as the local version of annotation similarity and the annotation_similarity function itself as a global version

Shortened the function for cell area computation a bit, will check ARI next

I added _get_annotation_similarity_per_grid in _rand_index
