Will not download in the background on IOS 7 #140

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download ok
2.Will not download in background
3.Soon as screen saver comes stops downloading too 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Down loading
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iTranmission 4.02 on iPhone 5 running IOS 7
