MQTT Port #19

Need something in the configuration page to add a custom mqtt port instead of using the default.

Ok, I got the port added to the config. It worked for me, but before this gets closed just verify that it will work for you use case.

I am connected to my mqtt server!! Got all my Acurite info now. Works perfectly. Thank you! Now I need to get some more sensors lol.
