Every attempted move either succeeds as-is or fails. No longer can you be shoved anywhere you didn't plan to go. This is not necessarily how we want it to work forever. This fixes several issues:

Makes physics far less goofy.
However, this regresses several issues as well:
Rhino trample damage was not ported to the new code yet, so rhinos can't kill anything right now.
Fast movement falling back to slow movement when possible was not ported yet.
Since shoving monsters is no longer possible, turtles are now invincible, and have been removed from the levels. Lava is kinda pointless until we add a way to shove.
